Our catering and event services are provided only for events at Infinity, keeping the team, equipment and kitchen close to the room.

How many plated guests can your kitchen serve?
Our on-site kitchen can cater plated service for up to 500 guests. Buffet and other service styles are also available for events at the venue.
Can guests stay at the same location?
Yes. Infinity Event Center is located inside the Holiday Inn Longview, making guest rooms and event spaces available under one roof. Ask our team about room-block options for your dates.
Can the ballroom be divided for a smaller event?
Yes. The ballroom can be configured in multiple combinations, and additional meeting rooms are available. Our team will recommend a layout based on your guest count and event flow.
